After my Dad and I  wrapped  my commercial,  we hopped on  the plan to go to  Oregon. My Grandma picked us up from the airport, I was really excited to see her. It was late when we got in so we had to go to sleep. The next morning I ran to my Cousin Jamie's house to see her and Haley. I couldn't wait to hang with them for the next couple of weeks.

Some of my favorite things to do in Oregon are riding bikes, playing with friends at the Porsche campout, that we have on the property, putting the water hose on the slide, roasting marshmallow over the fire pit, building forts, going to all of my favorite places to eat. My Dad took my to the Sage to eat lunch the first day, I love their cream broccoli  soup.

I also had an oppertunity to go to a Beaver's baseball game to help raise money for Limbs for Life. I got one of the baseballs that they hit in the stands.

I am back in California enjoying the sunshine. I was very excited to see my friends here. I started doing a couple of auditions this week, I will keep you posted on my next thing.

It was so much fun with my friends at the Portland Beavers basebal game.

When I am in Oregon Jamie and I love to hang out in the shop and turn the music way up and dance.

When we got back to California we went to visit Grampa Dick at his Villa. He has 400 animals like Zebras, Giraffs, Camels, Turtles, Emu...

My favorite is the turtle. He was soooo big.

On Saturday we took our bikes to Santa Monica and rode all day and then played in the sand.

School got out last Friday and Jayde was ready to head back to Oregon on Monday for a few weeks. Then on Friday she got a call that she had booked another commercial. She was so excited because this time her daddy gets to go on set with her.

The commercial is for "Food Lion" grocery stores. She had a blast working on this set. She said the only tough part was keeping her pants from falling down. She was wearing stretch type pants and the mic that was clipped on her back was too heavy and kept pulling them down when she walked or skipped.

I will post the commercial as soon as it is up. I had an incredible time being with Jayde. I was blown away at how professional she was and how well she took directions. We had too be on set at 6am and she never complained about being tired.

Jayde found out last week that she booked a Sabra Hummus commercial! She was so excited to be back on set. She has been working really hard and has had a lot of callbacks and finally got this one. She had a great time on set. The commercial is about an intervention  to get the mom of the family to start eating better. Jayde had to eat Hummus in the commercial, at first she wasn't sure but she decided that she really liked it!

Jayde has been very busy this last week, she had a couple of auditions and got callbacks for them and was even on hold for another. We are very proud of her and know that soon she will book something. We know that she is doing it right and enjoying herself and she looks forward to being on set again.

Jayde had fun at Grandma's in Utah for Thanksgiving. She and her cousin Maia played American Girl Dolls and had fun teasing the Logan and Zayne. The best part was on Thanksgiving Day when Jayde's Lexus commercial started to air! She did such a great job in it. It was fun for us to watch.

Hey everyone we wanted to give you an update on Jayde, she is doing awesome in California. She started a new school about two months ago and loves it. She has met a lot of new friends and is Ms Social Butterfly!

Jayde had a great Halloween. At school they got to have a Halloween party and wear their costumes to school. On Saturday she went out trick or treating with some friends in Toluca Lake. People that live in Toluca Lake go all out when it comes to Halloween. They decorate their house like it is Christmas. Some of the houses even have haunted houses in the back yards! And most of the people giving out candy are in costume.

Jayde has been busing with school and auditioning. She has had a lot of callbacks from her auditions. She is working very hard and looks forward to the Holidays for a break.

 

Jayde has been busy taking acting class for the last couple of months and they have paid off. When we started this journey in California, Jayde wasn't sure that she wanted to act but sitting back and watching everyone else she decided she wanted to give it a try. Jayde has been working hard and getting her self ready for auditions and learning all that she can. Last week Jayde had her first SAG commercial audition and she booked it! It is a Lexus commercial that will run through the Holiday's. Jayde thinks it is funny that Zayne's first commercial booking was a car too, and even funnier is that in his commercial they spoof Lexus and now she is in a Lexus commercial.

Jayde had a blast on set and she loved that she had so many outfit changes. She said that she knows this is what she wants to do, she did not want the day to end. We have a feeling that you will be seeing more of Jayde in the future, she has caught the bug!!

It is race time and this year the Monterey Historic Car races featured Porsche. Since Jayde was in Oregon with me she was busy helping me get all the race cars ready. As soon as the cars were done we loaded them in the trailers and off we went. Jayde, Her Gramps, Sean and Myself loaded in the truck and headed out. We first had to stop in Bend at Carrera Motors for a meeting. Jayde spent her time picking out a GT3.

Once we got to the track we unloaded a cute little brown Porsche 356 that Jayde got to cruise around in. She loves being at the track and loves it even more if she has something to shuttle her around.

The part that she enjoyed the most was when we got to do a lap around Laguna Seca Raceway in a Porsche 904.

Then one of her best friends and big sister Traci brought her flowers. Jayde loves flowers.

We had a fun filled two weeks. Now she is back to finding her passion and having fun in Hollywood.

Jayde has been busy having a lot of fun and getting back into acting and dance! Today she had two Print auditions. She was very brave and did really well. The second audition was her favorite cause she got to try on clothes! You know my girl....she loves clothes and shoes. She get the shoe part from her Dad.

We will keep you posted on how things go. In the meantime you can find Jayde at the pool or dancing around enjoying life! 

It was so exciting for me as Jayde's dad to be able to join her for her first major Theatrical audition. Jayde got a call to come in and audition for the new Ben Stiller movie to play his daughter. Jayde worked really hard and memorized all the material. She then met with Kimberly her coach to fine tune the emotion.

 I was the lucky one to get to escort Jayde to the casting office. I was outside the room but I could hear her. She did a perfect job. Then they asked her to do a dance. She choose to do a dance that she does with her cousing Jamie. It was funny and sassy. The casting director came out with a big smile and said Jayde did a great job. 

 Although you never know what they are looking for, I feel Jayde did a wonderful job and it was great experience. It can take up to 12 weeks to find out on motion picture call backs.

Then on Saturday while Zayne was on set filming his movie "Mercy" Jayde and I got to go to Malibu and play on a huge sand hill and play at the beach.

 Jayde is living the life. She is having so much fun and says she wants to be an actress. Amy and I will support our kids in this as long as they are having fun.

Since Zayne is on set everyday, we flew down Renae to be with Jayde. On Saturday Rod called to tell me that Jamie was going to come with Renae to surprise Jayde.

We picked Renae up on Sunday at the airport and Jayde was so excited to see Jamie too. They have been playing, swimming, hanging out and have  enjoyed being together. 

Jayde is very excited that she gets to go to Zayne's live taping on Friday night. You usually have to be eighteen to come to the live shows, but they make exceptions for family and friend of the cast.

Jayde is about to loose her other front tooth, so she will be wishing for two front teeth. 

Jayde received a callback for her first theatrical audition. Her Dad was here to take her and help her work on the lines. Her Dad was sitting outside the room and could hear how great she did. Since it was a callback there was about seven people in the room.  The casting director brought her out after her audition and said she did great and that she is so cute. This was a very big step for Jayde, she is growing so much and and her personality is starting to shine.

Jayde also lost a tooth on Saturday. It has been wiggly for a while but she has been waiting for her Dad to come and pull it out. She scored with the tooth fairy and is enjoying her new smile!

Jayde has been enjoying the sunshine the last couple of days! On Friday night Jayde went to hip hop and had so much fun dancing the night away! She is getting very good and is teaching all of us some new tricks.

Yesterday, we took Zayne to an audition for Wal-Mart and they asked if Jayde would audition with him they are looking for real families. She did really good, they had us talk about family vacations and what we do and where we go. Jayde had no problem deciding what to talk about, it was Mexico of course. It will help Jayde, for her auditions to come by being able to go with Zayne for the first time.

Jayde is still enjoying California, when I ask her what is like the best she says the sunshine and Dancing! Jayde is finding her way and has grown so much in the past couple of months.  

Jayde has been very busy this last couple of weeks. Last Tuesday Jayde meet with Debi from flygirlphoto and had her photos taken. She enjoyed it very much and was a natural at it. As you can see from her photos we got some really great shots.

Yesterday Jayde found out that Mavrick wants to represent her! So she has an agent now, she is going to audition for commercials and print and work her way up to theatrical. She is very excited and ready to go for it. Jayde is glad that Zayne has opened the doors for her. 

Jayde started her second session of Hip Hop classes on Monday and is still enjoying that very much! She is growing up everyday and really enjoys the sunshine in California. We are always looking to see if we can see any stars that Jayde wants to meet!

Today Jayde went to Millennium to Dance with Lil Mama, she was so excited to get to dance with her since one of her favorite songs is Lip Gloss. Lil Mama was really sweet to the kids, there was about 12 that were there. First she taught them a dance and they worked on it really hard. Lil Mama had the kids perform the dance for us. After they did the dance she took pictures with the kids and signed a CD for them. Lil Mama also told them if they want to become dancers they need to practice everyday and gave them some words of encouragement! 

Today Jayde had a great day. She was with Zayne when he got the call that he had made it through the audition for the new ABC crime Drama. They are now negotiating his contract and then he will test on Friday. Keep your fingers crossed.

Tonight Jayde got to dance at Millennium with Alyson Stoner and Ashley Taylor. Zayne joined her and they had a great time. Jayde's favorite part is when they have the freestyle circle. See Jayde in the photo below. Jayde also got invited to dance with Lil Mama on Thursday.
